With the Construction season fast approaching, this is a good time to check your Personal Protective Equipment for any type of damage. Check your hardhat, gloves, eye protection, fall protection/harnesses, etc. If anything is damage, tag it as damaged and to be disposed of and purchase new PPE.
Weather conditions can be different in many ways this time of year. Be prepared. Make sure you have your rain gear, a set of dry clothes, gloves, etc.
